When sourcing stainless steel coils, technical specifications and logistics matter as much as material grade. Understanding standard dimensions, packing methods, and delivery terms helps streamline procurement.
Standard Dimensions and Custom Options
Our stainless steel coils are available in thicknesses from 0.1mm to 12mm. Standard widths include 1000mm, 1219mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, and 2000mm. Custom widths and thicknesses are accepted upon request. All products conform to international standards including AISI, ASTM, DIN, GB, JIS, and SUS, ensuring global compatibility.
Processing and Treatment
We offer both hot rolled and cold drawn stainless steel coils. Hot rolled coils are suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications, while cold drawn coils provide tighter tolerances and improved surface finishes. Treatment options include annealing, pickling, and skin pass rolling depending on the desired surface grade.
Sea-Worthy Packaging Details
Proper packaging prevents damage during ocean freight. For 20ft GP containers: 5.8m length x 2.13m width x 2.18m height (approximately 24-26 CBM). For 40ft GP: 11.8m length x 2.13m width x 2.18m height (approximately 54 CBM). For 40ft HG: 11.8m length x 2.13m width x 2.72m height (approximately 68 CBM). Standard sea-worthy packages are used, with custom packaging available on request.
Delivery and Trade Terms
Delivery time is 7-15 days after payment. Trade terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. Applications range from decorative building materials to industrial equipment. For example, 420 and 410 stainless steel coils with BA surface finish in 0.2mm thickness are commonly used for kitchenware and light industrial components.
Proper planning of dimensions, packing, and logistics ensures your stainless steel coil order arrives safely and on time.
